Your rent is due on the first day of the month. However, we understand circumstances can arise. That’s why we offer a grace period up to the fifth.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept e-payment (ePay) through the Buildium Resident Center and e-transfers to finance@justrentnl.com. We do not accept personal checks or cash for rental payments.

What Happens When My Lease Is Up?
You are required to give us 60 days’ notice to vacate. A member of our team will contact you 90-120 days before your lease expiration to discuss renewal options.
